Hey everyone, Amy here!  I wanted to introduce you all to our new Telephone Support Specialist, Chris Shaughnessy!!   If you call the main support phone number, you will get to meet him!  And best of all, we are able to offer more over the phone support you!  That means he can help you remotely to get your computer, mobile device, web design or general technology question taken care of right then and there!  You can call the support line Monday thru Friday, 9 am until 6 pm!

We’ve also put together a little something for you all to get to know him better.  Take a look and make sure to call Chris and congratulate him!

Chris wears multiples hats here at Tech Geekery, Inc.  He is our website guru, and you’ll speak to him over the phone at some point when you call for support.  He can create or recreate your small business website, and will uniquely tailor it to your brand.  When he’s not creating magic, he’ll triage your technical questions, and make sure you have a solution to all of your needs.
Chris has always loved technology.  He’s been hooked since his very first Mario Typing game.  He always has the newest techy gadgets, from the original iPhone to google glasses (as soon as he can afford them)!  He spent the last 4 years at Apple, certifying in Apple’s latest software, including iWork, Aperture, Final Cut, and Mobile Technology.  He filled every role at Apple, from sales specialist to mobile technician and within two years was promoted to trainer, where he led both personal and small group classes in all things Apple.  Beyond Apple software, Chris has immersed himself in Photoshop, Microsoft Office, WordPress, HTML, CSS, and many other platforms.
Before Apple, Chris graduated Cum Laude from the AACSB accredited John Grove Business School at Shippensburg University, and earned membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, the business honor fraternity.  He studied marketing in business administration, and began his website experience as the web chair of the marketing club.
Along with Chris’s friendly demeanor comes 15 years of customer service experience.  You’ll feel at ease when you talk to him, regardless of your technology experience.  At this point in his career, he’s heard it all, so don’t hesitate to ask where the spacebar is!
